I have not read your energy body so I cannot say where to begin but the beginning but I can intuit that you should begin after the magician if you can open the vortex. The opening of the basic triangular vortex is the stage after the hermetic magician and before the alchemist stage begins .
I had not opened the 7 until last night . I was shown to roll the energy of the spheres in the male and the female storage centres back and forth along the spine to make a bridge of sunlight and moonlight only one at a time .

the dominant arm is hot light and electric volcanic bright and destructive
the other arm is cold heavy magnetic waterfalll moonlight ocean and heavens it is dark and creative
the palms begin as white and black the dominant one white
then they develop to indigo blue and amber golden orange
the akasha the soul the self is a brilliant starry flame on the heart of anu
there are minor colours of the nipples of the breast that have not been revealed to me yet but they form another bridge like the one over the spine
